Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order after placing it. However, our Return Policy is as follows: If you ship it back to us unopened within 30 Days we will issue a full refund. If you try the product and you are unsatisfied, you can send back the product lightly used within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
- We accept returns of full-size products purchased for all orders at mymindfulnutrition.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges, and the return is made to your original form of payment.
- Only products purchased on mymindfulnutrition.com may be returned for a refund or exchange and we cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location. We also can't accept packages or products that have seen significant use.
- If you redeemed a free gift-with-purchase promotional item with your order, please understand that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned products.
- Mindful Nutrition products are shipped from our warehouse in California.
- Once an order is received it is usually packed & shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow another 3-5 business days for transit depending on the region chosen for shipping.
All of our products should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Please completely reseal the product pouch to ensure freshness. Changes in color can occur in natural products, but that will not change the potency of the product.
All cocoa powder contains a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from the cocoa beans. We use Organic Alkalized “Dutch Processed” Cocoa in our products. This has about one third of the naturally occurring caffeine as regular cocoa. Our products typically contain between 2-4 mg per serving. A standard 8-ounce (240 mL) cup of brewed coffee contains about 95mg.
None of our products contain milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. But always read the ingredient list carefully and look for allergen warnings on the packaging.
Most Mindful Nutrition products focus on plant-based or vegan-friendly options, but some products might include animal-based ingredients (like collagen or whey). Read the ingredient list carefully before purchasing to check.
Some Mindful Nutrition products carry certifications for organic, gluten-free, or fair-trade practices. Certification details will usually be listed on the product label.
Mindful Nutrition products are packaged in resealable bags using 95% less packaging by weight than traditional HDPE containers and generate far less waste than single serve packets. Additionally, we only partner with ethical suppliers.
Mindful Nutrition products never use artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

While Mindful Nutrition products use clean natural ingredients, it’s best to consult with a healthcare provider before using any supplements during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Some supplements may be safe for younger consumers, but it’s essential to consult with a pediatrician before use.
